<Before surgery, when the hump made my midface look even longer ㅠ><After nose surgery, my side profile and front view improved a lot,,,>My nose was long, and since I also had a hump, it looked like it drooped even more downward I was tired of it looking droopy, so I looked into using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip The place I looked into said that if you have surgery with autologous costal cartilage, they have a guarantee system that guarantees the nasal tip So I had surgery there I took these photos to compare with before, and I said I absolutely hated how long my nose looked Then they said that for it to look completely smooth from my original nose, in cases like mine where the nasal bone is developed, they would go in with osteotomy to improve the nasal bridge line and only bring the nasal tip out slightly, as if advancing it forward, so the nose would not look long? They said that for the nostril being covered from the side, it would be better to lower the columella and match the proportions But this really made me feel that the way I see it and the way the director sees it are different,, Honestly, I was unsure about not putting in silicone But while the director was making my nose with Photoshop, and even when actually planning the nose design, they seemed confident that not putting it in would be more natural and pretty, so I went along with it Now I feel like it was a good thing I listened a hundred, a thousand times over. It’s amazing that this shape came out without siliconeㅋㅋㅌㅋ My skin is also on the thinner side, so they said if I put in silicone, my midface would look even longer, so I didn’t get greedy Since I listened, it came out just like the Photoshop shape, and because my long nose became shorter, it also seems to have the effect of making the central face look shorter.. I like it in many waysㅎ Conclusion: I’m so satisfied because once the hump was gone, my nose didn’t look long anymore... But I don’t know if it’s because autologous costal cartilage was used, or if all nose surgeries are originally like this, but the nasal tip is a bit firm, so it bothers me....ㅋㅋ..... But then again, who would openly press hard on my nose in daily life,,, They say it loosens up a bit with time, so I hope it loosens up quickly Other than this, these days I’m living satisfied with how well the shape turned outㅋㅋ
