Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Finally solved protruding mouth + hump nose over a full 8 years..

My snaggle teeth were really severe, and when I was just relaxed without consciously thinking about it, my lips would not close properly, so my protruding mouth was that severe. The internal space of my teeth (?) was also narrow, so it was even worse ㅜㅜ So when I was a student, I started extraction orthodontic treatment right away, and I think I really benefited a lot from orthodontics.. As my mouth went in during orthodontics, my nose looked higher compared to before, and at least I went from looking like a fish to becoming human, but since I had a hump nose to begin with, I thought surgery was the only answer for that, so I didn’t get greedy and had surgery without an implant. After 8 years, I finally completed a proper side profile.. ha If anyone here has a protruding mouth because of tooth alignment, I recommend not thinking first about things like double-jaw surgery or nose surgery, and trying orthodontics first of all. The reason I think the protruding mouth should be solved before nose surgery is that if you get nose surgery while you still have a protruding mouth, there is a high chance you won’t be satisfied with your side profile. No matter how much they consider everything, including things like the nasolabial angle, if the mouth itself is already protruding, how could they make the nose project more three-dimensionally than that? And when you see the result after finishing orthodontics, your side profile may improve enough that you don’t necessarily need nose surgery. So instead of blindly rushing into high-risk double-jaw surgery or nose surgery, I hope you set the order properly and improve things little by little, one by one. Of course, that doesn’t mean orthodontics has no side effects or low risk.
