After my first nose surgery, at first I just thought I was still recovering… Then the tip of my nose started showing red through the skin, and I could actually see the silicone showing through... seriously... ha... I was stressed every time I looked in the mirror, and I really hated people around me making comments one by oneㅠㅠ When I looked up similar cases, there were many people whose cases weren’t even as severe as mine. I tried using concealer to cover it with makeup, but it just wouldn’t cover ㅠㅠ The hospital where I had my first surgery... I was already so disappointed with them that getting it done there again was really not an option, so I thought this would be my last chance and went to consultations at as many as six clinics. Then the place I finally decided on was this clinic! On the day of surgery, I was so worried, and the director told me, “Don’t worry,” which really reassured me... They also corrected my nasolabial angle and lowered my nostrils, so they paid even more attention to making it look naturalㅠㅠ When the cotton packing and splint were removed and I looked in the mirror for the first time, the first thing I checked was the tip of my nose. The red showing-through was gone, so I was honestly so relieved, and it felt like all the stress I’d had until then just melted away...? It was truly healingㅠ The consultant who had taken care of me since the consultation also told me it turned out really well, and I was so grateful for that too ㅠㅠ My nasal bridge, which used to be bumpy and uneven, was also refined, and the nose line I had originally wanted came out exactly right, so I’m very satisfied. I’m still only 2 weeks post-op, so I think it’ll look much more natural once the swelling goes down more! I’m sure there are many people worrying about revision surgery… I really understand so much. I was also extremely stressed and thought about it for a long time, so I really wanted to tell you to hang in there!! Fighting ㅠㅠ
