After surgery, my nose looks a bit pointy and I feel like the silicone is visible, so I want to remove it. But I’m too scared to remove everything including the nasal tip because I’m afraid of contracture, so I’m thinking of just removing the silicone from the nasal bridge. Would that be okay?? My nasal tip has been raised quite a bit, so I’m worried. I had a consultation today, and according to the doctor, if I leave the nasal tip cartilage as it is and only remove the silicone, the nose won’t become upturned or lift upward, but is that really true? The doctor says it won’t look strange or anything, and that only the nasal bridge will become lower, but when I search reviews here, some say that if you remove only the silicone, the nasal tip can be very high while the bridge is low, making it look like a pig nose I don’t know what’s right
