I had rhinoplasty twice. The first time, my nose became crooked, so I had revision surgery, but although it’s not as bad as the first time, it’s still slightly crooked. It wasn’t very noticeable, so I just lived with it, but maybe because my facial skin is pale, it becomes more noticeable as I get older. So I’m thinking of having it removed. I think I may have had a slight dorsal hump, and I remember the doctor shaved the nose a little, not a lot. It was over 10 years ago, so my memory is hazy.... Has anyone had silicone removed after having the nose slightly shaved and augmented? Is there a difference after removal? Or does the shaved part not really matter?
