I’m someone who’s going to have a 3rd revision rhinoplasty....

This is my first time posting In February 2010, I had surgery at a place in Gangnam that was pretty well known as a nose-specialty clinic. Silicone 5 mm + ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. About 2 weeks later, the nasal bridge was slightly slanted diagonally. My nose had always been quite crooked though (I didn’t know, but found out during the consultationㅁ) The doctor said it just looked more noticeable, and the doctor pressed and pushed it firmly with their hand ㅡㅡ;;; No.. if it was originally that crooked, they should have corrected it from the start before doing the surgery..... ha.. anyway, the side profile was somewhat okay, with a semi-upturned-line shape, but greed is what it is... the glabella area was too low and it barely showed, so 6 months later (September) I had revision surgery. 6 mm + ear cartilage (the other side).. I had heard revision surgery has a high chance of adverse effects, but I never thought it would happen to me Something bulged out at the glabella area, and it gradually started swelling, so I went to the clinic and they said it was swelling, prescribed medicine again, and I took it regularly, but it got worse, making the area near the inner-corner epicanthoplasty look like it was tearing apart;; anyway, it looked awful.. In the end, when I went back, they said it was inflammation and decided the silicone in the nasal bridge had to be removed. I was so angry that I called the manager, talked about a refund, and made a scene, but because of the documents I had signed before surgery.. ㅡㅡ I just quietly did what they told me to do, removed the silicone, and left the nasal tip alone.. with an agreement that they would put it back in after 6 months.. But then my nose gradually started lifting, and contracture started happening, so I really lived with social anxiety and depression, wearing a mask every day whenever I went out. It has come down a lot now, but.. I’m going to have revision surgery soon when spring comes. Right now my nose is pulled upward, and my nose was always on the shorter side.. So the doctor said this time they’ll probably use silicone for the nasal bridge + donated costal cartilage + maybe take ear cartilage too, and do an open approach to lengthen the nose.. But when I read posts, there are so many people saying costal cartilage is really hard and not good, so I’m scared.. Has anyone had their lifted nose lengthened with costal cartilage like me..? Will it become like a droopy, arrow-shaped nose or something.. Since it’s donated costal cartilage, I’m scared because of adverse effects.. This time I really don’t care about greed or anything, I just want at least a normal nose.....
