I wish I hadn’t gotten an epicanthoplasty... Plastic surgery should be done little by little

I’m in my 30s now, but I was in my 20s when I had the surgery. I don’t remember the clinic information or the director’s name, so I just chose roughly. I really preferred a natural look, so I only booked double eyelid surgery with the non-incisional buried-suture method. After I had already had the consultation and scheduled the surgery, the day before the surgery, I told my friends in our group chat that I was having surgery tomorrow and sent them a photo of my eyes. (I think I sent it so they could see the before-and-after difference later.) But one friend who had gotten double eyelid surgery looked at the photo of my eyes and said, “You have Mongolian folds, so I think you should get an epicanthoplasty too.” After hearing that one comment... the next day, when I went in for surgery, I paid an extra 500,000 won and asked them to do the epicanthoplasty too. The doctor said it seemed like I didn’t need it (my eyes were already a little horizontally long, like Gain’s), but I don’t know if I was out of my mind back then. I listened to my friend and got the epicanthoplasty too. Honestly, if you only look at my eye shape now, it is really pretty. Because they look more opened up. But if you look closely, the right eye was opened too much, so when I smile and take photos, it looks sharply carved in, which is kind of scary. And on both sides, how should I put it... shiny scars? Those are so bad that I really regret it. I heard that epicanthoplasty restoration also leaves scars, so I’m not really trying it. The shiny scars already mean the skin quality has been damaged, so they won’t go back to normal anyway, right? When you look at Lee Sung-kyung, even though the inner corners of her eyes are very covered, they’re distinctive and pretty. Imagine if Lee Sung-kyung had gotten an epicanthoplasty. She’d have no charm. So don’t just go and do something irreversible for no reason... Even if it costs more, I hope you do it little by little. Don’t think things like, ‘If I add epicanthoplasty now, it’s only an extra 500,000 won, but if I do it separately later and pay anesthesia fees and all that, it’ll be 1 million won?!?’ ㅠㅠ Keep this in mind. Plastic surgery should be done little by little...
