Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

A throbbing pain in my nose.. Anyone who has had only the silicone removed!!

It has already been 4 years since I had surgery with 2 mm silicone and septal cartilage, but recently my nose has been throbbing and hurting for no reason.. The plastic surgery clinic said it is not inflammation and that there is nothing particularly wrong, and the ENT clinic also said there is nothing unusual other than rhinitis symptoms.. It does not hurt when I press my nose.... It is not swollen.. It is not red.. The bridge of my nose just keeps throbbing, and it also feels tight .........ㅜㅜ Why on earth is this happening... sigh.. Anyway, based on what I looked up, the suspicious possibilities seem to be chronic inflammation or the beginning of contracture?????? In either case, I think the silicone will need to be removed.. But after removing the silicone, only the septal cartilage will remain, so won't my nose look strange with only the nasal tip being big????????? ㅜㅜ In my case, I had almost no nasal bridge.. I had 2 mm silicone put in from a completely flat nose .. Now it is just slightly low ..ㅠㅠ And originally my nose was small, but after the nose surgery I felt like my nose got a bit bigger, so I was dissatisfied ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I wanted a small, sharp nose.. My boyfriend and close friends, no one knows I had nose surgery.. I had it done before entering college.. It turned out so natural..ㅜ So I am really worried that everyone will notice after I remove the silicone..... sob sob ㅜㅜ Is it possible that my boyfriend might not notice?ㅠ Is there anyone like me whose nose throbs and feels tight without any other symptoms?? And when removing the silicone, can they trim the septal cartilage a bit smaller so that the nose becomes a little smaller without looking awkward? I am attaching photos ㅠㅠ
