I didn’t remove everything, and I also had double eyelid surgery, so the nose surgery doesn’t look that obvious, but I still don’t want my nose to look done even after the swelling goes down, so I decided to remove it. I had osteotomy for a crooked nose, shaved down the hump a bit, placed 1 mm of silicone on top of that, and had ear cartilage at the nasal tip. I didn’t remove everything; I removed all the silicone, and removed one layer out of the two layers of ear cartilage. I didn’t touch the support strut. So currently, the support strut is still there, and one layer of ear cartilage remains at the nasal tip. I had it removed one week after surgery, and right now there isn’t much swelling. The nasal tip does look a bit pointy. If I leave the support strut and have one layer of ear cartilage at the nasal tip, will it look like I had surgery.. sob In two days I’ll get the stitches removed too, and I’ll upload photos.
