First of all, Dr. Gwirak is very honest. Since I was getting a nose consultation, I asked about my eyes too, and he told me to go to an eye-specialized hospital lol. For the consultation, he recommended nasal bridge osteotomy + putting about 1-2 mm of silicone in the nasal bridge, and donated costal cartilage. I looked up a lot of other reviews, and he seems to prefer donated costal cartilage. He was also very confident about his own surgery. I asked about side effects, and he said about 1 in 100 people.
