2-month review after square jaw surgery and lifting at the same time

Hello, I’m here to share a review now that it has been 2 months since I had square jaw surgery and a facelift at 345 Plastic Surgery. As I entered my 50s, my jawline and nasolabial fold area started to sag, so I had received various dermatologic procedures, but they only helped temporarily and the maintenance period seemed to keep getting shorter. So I decided to choose a lifting surgery with clear results and a long maintenance period. While looking into a facelift, I had always been interested in a slimmer jawline, so I also started looking into square jaw surgery. After lots of online research and in-person visits, I had surgery at 345 Plastic Surgery, where there are highly experienced surgeons: the bone specialist Dr. Park Jong-rim and the lifting specialist Dr. Han Gyu-nam. I also chose them because there was no overtreatment. After surgery, the director personally called me, which was really nice~ They give you a facial contouring kit with lip balm, a tongue cleaner, a sauce bottle, and ice packs, and I used it really well after surgery too. On the day of surgery, maybe because it was performed under general anesthesia, my throat was very swollen and even breathing was difficult, but after about two days it got better. Since I’m not young and had two major surgeries at once, I expected recovery to be slower, but by following the guidelines set by the hospital, I’ve been recovering well, unlike my early worries. I’m looking forward to how I’ll change over the next month, two months, and even 6 months later~ After having the stitches removed from my face and inside my mouth, the swelling and bruising have been going down day by day, so I’m satisfied and glad I did it!
