I got double jaw surgery and was discharged today~

I was discharged today after the surgery. I think I'm really proud of myself for enduring such a difficult surgery so well all the way until now~ My mom took care of me, stayed by my side, and worried about me all day long, and thanks to that I really think the surgery went well. These days I'm drinking New Care to help reduce the swelling, and the taste is decent enough that I'm taking it in well, thinking of it as a drink ^^. The procedures I had were double jaw, cheekbone, and square jaw. The director said I should start orthodontic treatment in a month. There was a little swelling yesterday and the day before yesterday after the surgery, but now it seems like things are slowly settling in and the swelling is going down. When I was hospitalized, it was originally supposed to be 2 days, but the manager said I should make sure she sees me before discharge, so I stayed one more day at the hospital. So I had the surgery on the 4th and was discharged today ^^. The director said the swelling would be worst on the third day and that it would go down a lot starting tomorrow, and I really could feel that it was going down compared with yesterday. I want to get the swelling down quickly and go back to work looking pretty~ I work dealing with people, so I had a lot of complexes about my appearance, but I guess I won't have to worry about that anymore?
