It really seems like with nose surgery, you can see the residual swelling noticeably going down after about three months. For the implant, I used Gore-Tex during my first surgery, but this time I changed it to donated costal cartilage. It has been three months since I had revision rhinoplasty at the clinic, and as the residual swelling left at the nasal tip went down, the shape of my nose has been getting prettier and prettier!! Thanks to that, choosing outfits is more fun, and I take a lot of selfies haha Because of rhinitis, my nasal congestion was bad around this time of year, but after surgery, starting a little over a month later, the congestion kept improving, and now my nose is always clear. If anything, I think it would feel awkward if I caught a cold and my nose got blocked! My face had been asymmetric before surgery too, but as I recovered after revision rhinoplasty, the symmetry gradually improved as well. Also, the columella at the nasal tip had been a bit retracted and looked cut off, but it improved a lot after columellar lowering. The look of only the nostril wings drooping disappeared too. Now, whether viewed from the side or the front, my nose shape looks natural, and since it no longer feels blunt, my face no longer looks chubby either haha Oh, for the surgery, I had crooked nose surgery, rhinitis surgery, implant replacement, columellar lowering, and inferior turbinate reduction!
