My nose was a bulbous nose with a hump.. I wanted the hump to change too, and I wanted my nose to look a bit slimmer with more of a nasal bridge, so I got nose surgery. For reference, I didn’t use an implant and had non-implant nose surgery. I could have raised it more by putting in an implant, but they said the line could still be improved without an implant, so I got non-implant surgery at D-Day. Before surgery, my nose was a bulbous nose that looked a little spread out, but after surgery it felt more refined lol. While doing the hump nose surgery, they also reinforced the step-off!! I can’t believe non-implant nose surgery can turn out this well. I’m glad I did a lot of consultations lol
