I'm removing it after a year and a half. I had two things done: a septal support and cartilage tying. The surgery was open, and they say the removal also has to be open. As the surgery date gets closer, open surgery feels... so scary. Really ㅠㅠ I know simple removals can be done closed, but do support pillars and cartilage release have to be done open? If possible, I'd like to do it closed, haha. Doing it open will make sure it's removed properly, right? I'm scared ㅠ
