I had silicone on the bridge of my nose and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and it has been 2 years since I removed only the silicone while leaving the ear cartilage in place. Maybe because of that, my columella has drooped down severely, and the cartilage is sagging so much it feels like it’s about to break throughㅜ I even went for a consultation at one of the banner clinics here, but I wasn’t sure, so I still haven’t had surgery.. I didn’t originally have an upturned nose, and my nose was just a little more droopy than other people’s, but now the drooping is so severe that I look like an old witch. Looking here, there seem to be many people who had an upturned nose, had surgery, the columella became longer, and then they had removal.. Is there anyone like me who originally had a nose where the nostrils didn’t show, then after surgery became a droopy arrow-shaped nose and had removal?ㅜ What would happen if a nose like mine has removal.. ㅜㅜI really want to talk with someone..
