My first nose had a slight beak-like, arrow-nose shape, so I lay down on the operating table wanting to naturally refine the line again into a straight-with-slight-curve line. After the surgery, I really liked the line and height. But from 2 months later, the columella area started hurting and then began swelling. It swelled up a lot and became immediately visible, so I went straight to the hospital. They said to take antibiotics for a week and wait, but my nose started hurting more and more. From the second week, for 4 days I went to the hospital every single day and started getting antibiotics by IV. But there was no improvement, so in the end they said they would open it, wash it out, and if inflammatory reaction showed again, remove it. It felt like the sky was falling. But after the washout, no further inflammatory reaction appeared, and I have been living well for 5 years now.
