My ultimate dopamine -> breast surgery (Motiva)

I really think breast surgery has been.. my best dopamine in years I had high expectations even before surgery, and the results came out better than expected, so I’m satisfied People who’ve lost a lot of weight will relate, but don’t breasts really go first? Mine weren’t originally this small either, but after losing more than 10 kg, it felt like I wasn’t even an A cup..? My overall body got slimmer, but because my breasts disappeared so much, I felt emptyㅠㅠ After thinking it over, I finally had surgery with Motiva at OOD Since implants are inserted, at first my upper breasts were a bit firm, and honestly there was some “foreign-body sensation,” you know? But as time passed, the tissue softened, and now they’re soft and squishy, so it feels like there’s almost no obvious sign I had surgery What I worried about most after surgery was exercise.. I’m someone who lost weight only through exercise, so I really can’t do dietingㅋㅋㅋ So I held back for real, and around the 2-month mark, I slowly started exercising again without stimulating my breasts Daily life and simple exercise are no problem at all! I barely had pain, but sometimes on days when my condition isn’t good or around my period, the inside of my breasts feels slightly heavy I don’t know if this is because of the surgery, but it’s not enough to worry about much~ I’m pretty active, so not being able to move at the beginning was the most frustrating, but management is really important during that period, so hold out well, and I recommend consistently getting the postoperative care the clinic provides
