I thought facial contouring surgery was the scariest and most dangerous among cosmetic surgeries, so I think I just worried about it for 2 whole years If it goes wrong, it can really ruin things, so I worked really hard to choose a hospital too.. I don’t know if I was really lucky or if the director did a good job, but I guess I should say I’m relieved that I recovered well and can write this review Thinking about it now, I really had no fear lol The part I wanted to fix the most was my square jaw, and I thought doing only the square jaw would be a bit insufficient to become an oval face, so I also looked into all 3 types and went around for consultations. None of the hospitals recommended just 1 type (I went to hospitals that aim for a natural-glam look) Most of them talked about 3 types lol. The line I wanted was exactly a slim oval shape, and I did tell them that.. Anyway, I chose the hospital with real difficulty and had surgery. What I remember most was, first, when you wake up from general anesthesia, your throat really hurts At first, because of my throat, I couldn’t even really register the pain felt in my face lol ㅠㅠ But as some time passed, my whole face except my eyes, nose, and mouth started hurting.. When I was hospitalized for one day, I don’t remember much either My mouth just wouldn’t open, so I roughly ate porridge with a baby spoon and just kept sleeping.. It was less like a hospital room and almost more like a sleeping room lol And the next day, my dad came to pick me up, and on the way home in the car, my facial contouring hurt so much the whole time that I cried, and my dad just kept sighing in the driver’s seat ㅠㅠㅠ After about two days, the pain decreased and it was fairly okay Still, for a week I had tingling and throbbing pain ㅠ Around one week, the pain started decreasing from then, and it became bearable Until week 2, I ate a lot of steamed eggs (no salt, only pepper..) When I wanted something sweet, I ate pudding or melted ice cream The hospital said I could eat noodles from week 3, so then I soaked buckwheat noodles or non-spicy ramen and ate them!! A lot of people ask how to reduce swelling, and for surgical swelling, walking is absolutely the answer ㅠ There is a walking path in front of my house and also a nice place to walk under the bridge, so I mostly walked around those places and managed swelling only by walking lol I wanted to buy a zero-gravity chair, but because I spent money on facial contouring, I didn’t have extra money, so in the early stage after surgery I even slept sitting up.. ㅠ lol I didn’t do facial liposuction or anything like that and only fixed my face shape, but even my slow-to-notice friends figure out that I did something, and I hear the most that my face got smaller lol I can’t quite bring myself to say it was facial contouring surgery, so I’m just saying I got lifting done, but I’m going to hide it as long as I possibly canㅠ Now nothing hurts, and my mouth opens enough to get cavity treatment at the dentist! More than anywhere else, I wanted to fix my facial line the most, and there were no side effects, painful areas, or mistakes, so I’m really so satisfied ㅠ
