<Before surgery><After surgery> My nose was low, the tip of my nose was on the round side, and my nostrils were also kind of wide..? Sorry to my mom and dad, but it was just an ugly noseㅜㅠ I persuaded my parents like crazy even though they said no, and barely managed to get surgery. Now even my parents say, “It was good that you did it~” hahahahaha I felt like the high nose with an obviously artificial look that you see on Instagram wouldn’t suit my original face. So during the consultation, I said I didn’t want it to look too obvious and wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but the director said my nose would look strange if only the bridge was done... so... lol... He said I had to do the nasal tip, nostril reduction, and donated rib cartilage together for the line to look natural and not collapse, so I did them together! More things got added than I originally planned, so it was scary, but I thought it would be right to do it properly in one go, so I did everything together. It was my first time under sleep anesthesia, and I was really nervous, you know? I was worried, what if the anesthesia doesn’t work on me? lol But just like what I saw on YouTube, I didn’t even know I’d been anesthetized, had the whole surgery, and woke up. After everything was done, they showed me the mirror, and my nose looked so, so high and big!!!! I was totally panicking, so they said it was because of swelling and that it was okay. But about a week later, when the splint came off, it looked pretty lol It’s been about 3 weeks now, and even though the swelling hasn’t fully gone down, the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted came out exactly. The nostril reduction also wasn’t done excessively, so it looks natural, but the whole nose looks smaller, and from the front, the nose shape looks defined. For people who want a natural look like me, look through reviews carefully and search around in lots of places. Nose surgery is really important
