I went for nose consultations; what should I prioritize more?

ㅇㅇㅌ (Kim H.J.) -Went after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance because both their breast surgery and nose surgery turned out well at this clinic -I heard from my acquaintance that there would be a wait, and since it was the head director, I expected there would be a wait, but I got the consultation right away -Had a CT scan, then consultations in the order of consultant-director-consultant -There was no pressure, and both the director and consultant were kind, so I felt comfortable -The director said I probably wouldn’t need costal cartilage, so the price wasn’t on the high side either -I wanted to get the exact same line my acquaintance had, but they recommended a line that would suit me better -For now, I put down a deposit and came back ㅈㅇㅈㅇ (Kim D.J.) -I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my consultation time, but waited over 30 minutes before consulting with the consultant -The consultant session felt less like a consultation and more like I was just stating my needs -After the CT scan, I had the director consultation right away, and donor costal cartilage was recommended as the material -I said I wanted a straight-with-slight-curve line, and they said they would match it -The cost was cheaper than I expected ㅁㅇㄷ (Lee Y.T.) -Got the consultation right away without waiting -The director consultation was really detailed, and they drew on my photo to show me the line -The consultant was somewhat pushy, saying things like I absolutely had to reserve the surgery that day -The cost kept going up from the first estimate because things kept getting added -I like the line, but the cost is so high that I’m debating I liked the line at all three clinics, but I can’t ignore the cost and materials either, so I’m thinking of considering it a little more before booking surgery What did everyone prioritize the most?
