I had surgery to shorten the columella because of my long nose, but after surgery, my nose looks even longer and the area below the tip looks like it’s being pulled downward? It seems like the support makes it look even more pulled down, If I remove it, will it go back? Or will it stay fixed like this? I’m also worried that even though it usually contracts and rises for a while before settling somewhere else, it won’t do that.
