I didn’t have a lot of fat, but I really disliked my uneven facial line, and my cheek fat was awkwardly neither here nor there, so I got facial liposuction, anterior cheek fat grafting, and thread lifting. I kept worrying even after the surgery about the fat survival rate, over-liposuction, dimpling, and scarring, but everything went well without any issues, and I even finished my follow-up with the director. During the consultation, they took a CT scan, so they had already assessed the area beneath my skin before explaining the design and surgical method. The procedure was done through tiny openings using a microcannula, so I didn’t even need separate stitch removal! After getting the surgery, I think these conditions are the best. Right now, unlike before surgery, my face looks smooth from the front, and from the side it looks more three-dimensional, so I feel satisfied from every angle. I also feel like I look younger after getting it done! hahaha
