I had my first rhinoplasty at a famous plastic surgery clinic, and it failed. My nose shape is bent from an S shape to about a C, so the tip of my nose has completely bent. They said they had 10 years of experience, but they couldn't even do one nasal septum properly, and the osteotomy isn't symmetrical either. They did the osteotomy strangely. What should I do? They turned me into someone with a twisted-nose deformity. I was excited, thinking I would become prettier, even right after surgery, but after realizing my nose was crooked, I developed social anxiety, and meeting people is so scary. There are also many people who notice that my nose is crooked. It's so, so hard. When I talked about my nose being crooked, they said things like my face is asymmetrical, or that it's swelling, and that it was too early to judge, but now that 3 months have passed, swelling doesn't matter. It's definitely crooked. The director admitted that my nose is crooked and said to wait 6 months and then do revision surgery. Do I really have to wait 6 months? I can't wait anymore. My nose is just... ha... I can't even speak... It was my first surgery, and I haven't even started my social life yet. I'd rather go back to my old nose, which I didn't even hate that much. I've even thought about suicide, but it's so, so hard. I can't trust that they really have 10 years of experience, and I've completely lost faith in what they said about it being a nose that would come out pretty. Would it be better to get a refund and have surgery at another hospital? What if it turns out weird again? I'm writing this calmly, but I've cried so much that I can't open my eyes. Please tell me hospitals that are good at revision rhinoplasty.... Should I just die? Everyone mocks my nose.
