<Before the revision, when things looked okay><After the revision!! Only 2 weeks post-op, so beware of lots of swelling><And now,, hehe><It has only been a month, so I’m still waiting!!>These were eyes that had already had double eyelid surgery once, but I always thought the line was too low, you know? I’m not the type to wear dramatic makeup usually either, so I lived feeling unsatisfied with my own eyes. People around me asked why I would bother touching them, but you know.. if you’re not satisfied yourself, it stresses you out even more..ㅠ And my eyes were uneven, so when I took photos, one eye looked smaller, which was also super stressful.. The line on my left side had come undone, so while getting it fixed again, I decided to open up the blocked area at the outer corner of my eyes too. Incision felt a bit too much for me, so every time I went for consultations, I asked them to do it non-incisionally. I had it done at a place that set a clear surgical plan so that even with the buried-suture method, the line wouldn’t come undone and could still be raised. Since I did ptosis correction + fat removal together, the line that had been buried definitely became clearly visible. Personally, I felt that eye-specialized clinics really look at these things properly!! I hadn’t even thought about fat removal, but the doctor said it was needed to get rid of the heavy-looking upper eyelids, so I was able to get it done. For now, what I like most is 1. the line is clearly visible 2. thanks to doing the canthoplasty together, my eyes look more open and refreshed than before 3. the time I spend on makeup has gone way down (my eyes look bigger even without adding contour with shadow on the eyelids). Thanks to this, my getting-ready time is shorter too, so commuting has become easier >..< Since my eyes aren’t uneven anymore, I feel like my overall impression looks much cleaner.. I know I shouldn’t say this while looking at my own face lol, but I like it so much that I keep thinking I should’ve done the revision sooner.. Doctor.. please accept my deep bow <3
