My first surgery was buried-suture, and my revision was also buried-suture. I did both with buried-suture. I’m not sure about incision followed by natural adhesion, but if you previously had it done with natural adhesion, I understand it’s possible. For clinics, I think you could look into Grida and Almond. They’re clinics I’m looking at for revision surgery, and they seem to make the symmetry right while keeping the line clean.

I understand that eyes where the line has come undone are also often done with natural adhesion.. But just in case, also look into places that are good at incision, like ㅇㅎsu and ㅅsun.
