Does it become an upturned nose like this? Some people say it doesn’t come back down after being lifted, so would it stay lifted like this? It seems cases with a big impact are those that had a support strut I’m really going back and forth about whether to remove it or not. I’m scared I’ll be crying and out of my mind again because of the shape after removing it. I had silicone, a slightly hump nose osteotomy, nasal tip, septal cartilage, and a Medpor support strut done; if I remove only the strut, will it lift a lot and make my nose look strange?
