After only thinking about it, I finally got LAMS after a year! I’m currently rebounding, 163 cm and 57 kg, but even when I got down into the 40-kg range, I never had an arm line or thigh line I was satisfied with. Maybe that’s why I felt even more like giving up... I tried every diet I could, and I’m pretty much an exercise lover so I worked out a lot too, but it was really hard... haha In the end, whatever the result may be, I decided to try LAMS! I’ll leave reviews step by step. Today I did my upper arms, and this week I’m going for inner thighs, saddlebag area, and two bottles for the front thighs! This post is a review of arm LAMS! I’ll write casually in clipped style. They told me to absolutely eat breakfast, so after thinking about it, I just ate a Subway roast chicken sandwich with pepper and went! At first, they designed the areas while touching here and there with a red pen. When you go into the procedure room, you hear a medley of K-pop songs... I got an antibiotic injection and about two painkiller shots in the buttocks, and when I lay on the procedure bed face down, the nurse disinfected me. It was slightly cold. Then they gave me about two local anesthetic shots. Then the fat-dissolving solution went in, and it felt really strange and unpleasant... But I think the pain was bearable. It felt numb, scratchy and itchy, and throbbing... The director said that because I’m the type with a lot of fibrous tissue, it might hurt especially when extracting. I’m fairly good at enduring pain... and I’m also kind of insensitive to pain, so I think I received it pretty comfortably... There may be people here who have less pain than me. During the procedure, whenever something touched a sensitive area? I felt a throbbing sensation... But it didn’t last long, so it was bearable... In conclusion, they extracted 22 bottles total from the left and right arms! When LAMS was done, they immediately put a straw in orange juice for me, and even though I had no intention of drinking it, they put the straw in, so I ended up drinking itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I drank about half... I didn’t feel dizzy. Right now my arms are wrapped tightly in bandages, and it feels like the solution is leaking little by little. I was embarrassed coming home while hiding my bulky-looking arms because of the bandages, but I did well... I’m wondering what to eat for dinner, since I don’t particularly have an appetite... I’ll probably just eat some konjac fried rice and call it done. They told me to eat mainly carbohydrates, but I don’t feel like eating...,,,
