I didn’t want implants and wanted something natural, so I was considering stem-cell fat grafting. Since I wanted to get it before the May holiday, I booked a consultation and had surgery on 4/30 at a clinic. Before surgery: 60 kg/A cup Immediately after surgery: 63 kg/C cup (underbust 73/bust 89) Current: 60 kg/full B (underbust 73/bust 87) -Breasts: So far, I’m truly satisfied and satisfied again. The goal was 250 cc on each side, but more than 350 cc went into each side. The next day, there was only discomfort like a tight, swollen feeling, and it didn’t hurt at all. Of course it will decrease a bit from here, but it became bigger than I expected. Really much bigger, and by measurements it’s also a C cup. >It hasn’t decreased as much as I expected, and so far it’s holding well. -Liposuction: They said thighs alone would be enough, but since I was doing it anyway, I wanted to do my upper arms too, so I did thighs + upper arms. They didn’t become dramatically thin, but it feels like the lines were slightly refined. >Bruising really fades very gradually, and from week 3, except for areas that were bruised really severely, it was almost gone. -Approximate daily condition progress and impressions Day 1: The bandages were uncomfortable, but I thought, it hurts less than expected~ Then I sat on the toilet and was shocked because it hurt so much. In the afternoon I visited the clinic for a condition check > started wearing compression garments. Days 2-6: My body was extremely swollen, and this was when it really hurt. It was hard to lift my arms more than halfway, and my thighs hurt every time I went to the bathroom or stood up and sat back down. Days 7-10: I started going to work from this point, and had the stitches removed on day 8. Moving around hurt less, and the bruising/swelling seemed like it was starting to go down. Week 2: Bruising and swelling gradually started going down, and the compression garment became less uncomfortable. Without it, it actually hurt when bare skin touched. My weight also returned to pre-surgery. Week 3: Swelling came back up a little. After receiving CAPs care, the clumping and hardness in the liposuction areas loosened slightly. I hadn’t been able to lift my arms well, but from around this time I could move with less discomfort, and my thighs didn’t hurt when sitting on a chair or toilet! Week 4: Swelling and bruising are almost all gone, and I’m starting to see that the lines of the liposuction areas are slightly refined. The breasts also went down slightly.
