I’m planning to remove both the silicone and the ear cartilage, and if I remove the ear cartilage too, does it look much more lifted than when only the silicone is removed? And I had the cartilage tied down, so if I release it, won’t the nose look less lifted?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
