I had surgery with 3 mm L-shaped silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + cartilage tying. Two years after the surgery, because the silicone was showing through, I had only the silicone removed. Before that, I had inflammation once, but I took medication and it subsided. After removal, as you can see in the photos, it looks almost exactly like my old nose~ I’m very satisfied now~~ I hope everyone gains strength after reading my review ^^ Front view

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
