My first surgery was done with silicone and ear cartilage. The silicone was inserted too high and the capsule was visible, so they raised it with autologous tissue (fascia + cartilage) and built a support with costal cartilage. But even so, the starting point is still high, the tip is uncomfortable, and the nostrils have become too vertically long, so I’m extremely stressed. It’s almost been 4 months.. If I remove it at 6 months, how much can it return to normal..?ㅠ.ㅠ If the support is removed, will it droop a lot or change? I also want to know whether the nostrils will get a bit smaller and spread out less ㅠ.ㅠ And for those who have tried removing silicone.. when did the capsule go away?
