Implant rupture

I had surgery 10 years ago, and they told me to get checked, so I went. They said it could be a rupture (not certain), and suddenly suggested revision surgery, so I’m worried. I had Allergan implants, and when I touch them they just feel firm, and visually I couldn’t tell, so I was just going to live with them. But if it isn’t a rupture, I’d have to pay again, so it feels like pressure. This isn’t some tactic to recommend revision surgery, right? It’s not really that kind of hospital, though. If it hasn’t ruptured, I’d have to pay the replacement cost. When I gained weight during pregnancy, my breasts felt like too much of a burden, so I don’t want implant removal, but I want to reduce the size. My husband is upset about that right now, so I’m also 고민ing about the size. If I go to the plastic surgery clinic where I first had the surgery, I can get compensation if it is a rupture, but I’m not sure about the shape or aesthetics. The feel from the first surgery was so bad that I’m thinking of looking for a new hospital, but the cost is expensiveㅜㅜ Still, since it’s breasts, is it right to look for a new hospital? Which hospitals are good these days? The hospital recommends Mentor Smooth, but I think if I’m going to do it, Motiva is the right choice. With a pigeon chest and sagging breastsㅜㅜ Just thinking about going on hospital consultations already exhausts meㅜㅜ
