I'm thinking about breast revision surgery, and I'm torn ㅠ First, the reasons I want revision surgery are that it's been about 7-8 years, and although I'm satisfied with everything, I want to go a bit bigger while adjusting the cleavage distance and the slightly uneven inframammary folds on both sides. Previous surgery: ribcage 69, transaxillary incision, had pectus carinatum, 305 cc, no existing breast tissue For implants, I'm deciding between Mentor Xtra and Motiva. The capsule is currently thin, and there is no risk of capsular contracture. Most clinics said that since it's a revision and I want the inframammary fold adjusted, an inframammary incision would make the surgery easier, so they recommended an inframammary incision. The size I want is around 400 cc. From what I remember, after the first surgery, as more time passed beyond about 1-2 years, it felt like my breast size got smaller. At first they felt really big, but now they're almost a full B?! I originally had almost no breasts at all. Anyway, the clinic I had surgery at had such good follow-up care and everything, but only that clinic recommended Mentor Xtra, and the others recommended Motiva ㅜㅜ I'd like implant recommendations between Mentor Xtra and Motiva, reviews from everyone here who has had breast revision surgery, and I'm also curious, for people with a ribcage size like mine and a thin body type, how many cc of Motiva or Mentor Xtra you got and were satisfied with (people a few years out).
비오데르마 If you went from 305 to 400, wouldn't the difference be really big?? Did they say your ribcage is okay?
일곱빚깔 What did you use for your first surgery? Isn't Motiva commonly used for revision surgery?
수술하꺼임 [@Bioderma] Yeah, my ribcage is 69, so it is on the small side. My frame is small too. But I think it's okay. Since I said I wanted to go bigger, I went to about 4 clinics, and except for 1 place, all the others mentioned around 400.
수술하꺼임 [@] First surgery was Mentor! Yeah, that's why I'm worried ㅠ

Ah, I’m also wondering if I should go with Motiva even if it costs a bit more... And since I’m considering revision surgery because of the artificial-looking shape, I’ve been looking at ARC, Wooa, Melon, and U&U because they seem to create
