I had double eyelid surgery right after finishing the CSAT in my senior year of high school. At the time, my dad strongly tried to stop me, but in the end I held my mom’s hand and went to the plastic surgery clinic. lol
After getting it done, my eyes swelled a lot, and since they were stitched with black thread, when I looked in the mirror, my face was really a sight lololol
It felt like looking at a monster, so I almost threw the mirror. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I still remember it now lol
Because my dad had opposed the surgery, I think I stayed shut in my room for a week. I was afraid of what my dad would say lol
The swelling really didn’t go down, but after 3 months it started going down little by little, and by 6 months it went down rapidly.
Now my face is completely different from before, and when my high school friends see me, they praise me and say I’ve really had a glow-up.
I also think double eyelid surgery is the best thing I’ve done in my life.
When I look at my old resident registration card photo, even I find it amazing lolol
