Right after finishing my senior year of high school, I went to get double eyelid surgery because of my heavy-looking eyes lol
The doctor said ptosis seemed likely to progress and told me to do the incisional method, but back then, double eyelid surgery felt like a huge deal lol So I absolutely hated anything that would look obvious!! I stubbornly insisted and got the buried-suture method, and then 2 to 3 years later, a new line eventually formed above the buried-suture line, so I got thick double eyelids..
Even now, my eyes do have double eyelids and are okay enough, but in my eyes, I wish they were a prettier double eyelid..
I should have listened to the doctorㅠ
