It's already been a month since surgery.. Time somehow feels fast but also slow.. The swelling has definitely gone down a lot compared to week 2. I thought the Accu area would never go down at all, but I can see it gradually decreasing. I'm going on an overseas trip at the 2-month mark, so I wonder how much it will have gone down by then..ㅜ I still have quite a bit of swelling now, so I wear a mask at work.
They say the 2-month mark is different.. but I don't know how it'll be. I'm exercising every day now, and I also rented a radiofrequency device, so I'm managing it diligently. Because I wear a mask every day, I'm getting pimples on my cheeks and it's kind of annoying.. I want to hurry up and take my mask off at work too..
If I take it off now, my face definitely looks like the vice president would say, "Ms. 00, have you gained weight lately?"
Oh, my surgery satisfaction is 97%. The reason I took off 3% is because the Accu on my cheek area seems to have caused adhesion below the nasolabial fold, so something like a nasolabial fold appeared because of that.. But it looks worse now because of the swelling, so for now I'm just staying still and watching it for a year.
I had been debating whether to do Accu on my cheeks or notㅜ But I think I would've regretted it even if I hadn't done it.. Back then, that must have been the best choice, so that's why I did it. I have no regrets. If it doesn't work out later, I'll ask them to fix this when I remove the cheekbone pins.
I also took a lot of four-cut photo booth pictures, and my face is definitely smaller than before and the contours are gone too. But my face does look a bit unnatural.
I hate the way the muscles between my eyebrows contract strangely the most.. Because of that, I also got glabellar Botox.. I think I'll keep getting Botox regularly until the glabellar muscles settle properly. When I smile, I keep using the muscles on the bridge of my nose, so I look really ugly.. When will it come back.. My front chin, under-eye area, and the areas beside my lips still have reduced sensation. The reduced sensation will come back anyway, so it doesn't bother me..
I'll come back with a 2-month review now.. Ask me anything you're curious about.
