I had double eyelid surgery a year ago and thought it looked asymmetrical, so I visited for that and also got a consultation for a hump nose while I was there. The consultant was very kind, and they said they could slightly shave down only the hump as I wanted, and that one eye could also be corrected with natural adhesion. But when I consulted with the director, they said the difference in my eyes was too subtle, so it would be difficult to correct. I liked that they explained the reason in detail. But for my nose, they didn't explain why and just suggested raising it using donated costal cartilage. In the end, after the consultation, I lost interest in getting nose surgery, so that was actually good haha
