My nose wasn’t terribly ugly or anything, it was just an ordinary nose, but my face was broad and flat, so I thought maybe if I raised the nose a bit it might look better, and I did hands-on research here for that reason. I narrowed it down to a few places, went for consultations, even made reservations, but after reading reviews I thought it was too flashy, so I canceled the reservation and started researching again.. I decided on a natural-looking place!! Looking at the before-and-after photos, it really became prettier without looking obvious? natural? The materials(?) used for the surgery were donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. I was going to do autologous costal cartilage, but I was scared of chest pain.. After surgery, my only wish was really that I wouldn’t need a revision. It was so, so hard, I should say I couldn’t sleep and it was insanely hard The surgery went well, I guess? It looks harmonious and natural without looking like surgery happened I was satisfied after it was done But the twist is human greed.. I wonder if it would have been better to raise it a bit more Before surgery I kept nagging the doctor, saying I hated a drooping nose, hated a shelf nose, and asking whether we should lower the silicone a bit more I guess I should say I like it more before the swelling goes down Maybe I’m just used to it now, but it just feels like my own nose Still, I don’t dare have another revision, so I should think of this as my last nose
