I had a short nose, small nose, and an upturned nose with no extra room, and they lowered the nostril rims with ear cartilage and raised it as much as possible with donated costal cartilage. The line is pretty, but I guess it can’t be helped that the nasal tip is gradually getting absorbed ㅜ Still, I acknowledge that the director at OM has good skills. There’s someone around me who saw my nose and went there too
