If you want to change the shape to look slimmer but do not want it to be excessively high or for the feel of your nose to change, I really highly recommend nostril reduction!! My nasal tip was drooping, so I did an alar lift to raise it together, and personally, my satisfaction with this was really high. I hope the scar heals quickly....
