I finally had cheekbone surgery and square jaw surgery Just looking at the before-surgery photo, my face looked broad .. I'm 27... I was so scared that I worried about it for years .. then this Wednesday I just went for it .. I went on Monday and booked it right away too The before-surgery photo is from when I had square jaw surgery behind the ears!! You can tell just by looking that there was no slimming effect .. even on X-ray, I had a secondary angle, and when I went to complain, they just said they did the surgery well and that my front chin was wide. Then they should have told me that before the first surgery .. they had said just doing the square jaw would have a good effect ㅠ.. Anyway, to get to the point!! Honestly, I was only planning to do my cheekbones I didn't have money either, but the director said that to get a definite effect, I needed a V-line, and even in the before-surgery photos, I had a lot of fat under my chin .. So I redid the square jaw too and had 4 procedures at once ~ For the cheekbones, they made an intraoral incision and an incision in front of the sideburns, and fixed the bone They say cheekbones should be fixed so they don't separate .. and that it's safe!! For the V-line and square jaw, they also used an intraoral incision, an incision inside the chin area, and T-osteotomy Because I have a recessed chin, after the T-osteotomy they moved the bone tip forward ~ Lastly, I had chin fat liposuction Even to me, my face was severe, sigh...... At another hospital, they even said two-jaw surgery was a surgery made for me .. I had so many issues: cheekbones, protruding mouth, recessed chin ... and my chin tip was short but wide too lol Today is day 3 after surgery ... I don't think the swelling is that severe, and I don't have the bruising I was worried about. The pain is throbbing .. since I have to sleep with my upper body elevated, my neck, back, and whole body ache .. Honestly, the sleeping part is the hardest .. On the first day after surgery, it was really bad enough that I wanted to die Pooled blood comes out through my nose .. so if I turn my head left or right, nosebleed just runs out..... My mouth still doesn't open yet.. I'm drinking pumpkin juice, soup, soy milk, and things like that I stayed hospitalized for one day after surgery ~ The next day I wore the compression band and a mask, took the subway, and came home It's only day 3 after surgery, so I don't know how much of an effect has shown yet ~ Once all the stitches are removed and the swelling goes down, I'll post another review ★For those who have had surgery .. do you think my surgery turned out well?????
