If you look at the before-surgery photos.. my double eyelid line was totally ambiguous. It wasn’t really there, but it wasn’t absent either.. So every time I did makeup, matching the line was stressful, and my eyes also looked dull, so my impression looked a bit tired. I had a bit weak eye-opening power, so I often unconsciously strained my eyes, and as that built up, I got headaches often too. So I decided to get double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction together, and I requested an in-out line, natural, with the kind of feel where only the eye shape looks more defined. On D-day, I left the design up to the director. I didn’t want incision because recovery takes long and I didn’t want it to look obvious I had surgery, so I proceeded with natural adhesion. But maybe because it was natural adhesion, the swelling really went down so fast.. Even when my eyes are closed, the line looks natural without breaks, and when my eyes are open, my impression looks more defined..! Thanks to ptosis correction, opening my eyes has become much more comfortable, and the habit of straining my eyes is almost gone, so I don’t get headaches, and I think getting double eyelid surgery was such a good choice..
