I had ptosis correction and non-incisional double eyelid surgery at Divine Plastic Surgery. I visited a total of 2 hospitals for consultations, and I ultimately chose Divine because I felt the double eyelid line they designed suited my eyes the best. In particular, I wanted a natural double eyelid with a semi-out line, and I trusted them because the director personally examined my eyes and designed the line. Also, since it is a one-doctor clinic, I liked that the director personally takes responsibility for the whole process, from surgery to aftercare. My original eyes had many creases, and I had a habit of opening my eyes using forehead strength, so I felt ptosis correction was definitely necessary. When I wore makeup, a line that looked like a double eyelid would appear, but it wasn’t clear, and there was left-right asymmetry too, so I decided to have surgery. On day 1 after surgery, there was quite a bit of swelling, but from day 2, the swelling gradually started to go down. Instead, a little bruising came up. On day 4, I had the stitches removed, and maybe because I also received a swelling laser treatment at the hospital, my recovery was fast. By day 7, the bruising had faded a lot, and I could definitely feel the swelling had gone down. Every time I look in the mirror and see the line becoming more and more natural, my satisfaction keeps increasing.
