This is my 1-week review after breast fat grafting surgery. The swelling has not fully gone down yet, so it is difficult to know the final result, but I am writing this review for reference. * Before surgery My breasts were very small, so I could not wear bras with cups because there would be empty space, and I only wore stretch bralettes with thin, flat pads. Even though my breasts were small, the asymmetry was severe, so if I wore a bralette without even a thin pad on the right breast, there was no contour at all. (Photo in gray bralette before surgery) I was not extremely greedy about breast size, and I decided to have surgery because I thought it would be nice to correct the breast asymmetry and be able to fully fill out A-cup underwear. I am not used to plastic surgery and tend to be quite scared, so I looked for a place with many reviews and found Director Kim Jae-in at Glovi. During the consultation, they honestly told me that the average survival rate is about 50%, but because it varies greatly from person to person, the result could be 20% or 70%, which actually made me trust them more. I was told that, on average, this surgery increases the size by about half a cup, and if the fat survival is good, by about one cup. * After surgery For the surgery, I had stem-cell fat grafting with 280 cc transferred to the right side and 250 cc to the left side. Right after surgery is when the volume is at its largest, but because the breasts are very swollen, rather than feeling like female breasts, they feel like the firm pectoralis major muscles of a man who has worked out really hard. As a week has passed, the swelling is gradually going down, but I can still feel firm areas in the breasts. They say that after a month, most of the original softness returns. The size has not changed dramatically, but I am satisfied that the right breast, which was almost nonexistent, now has shape. I hope the fat survives like this, but for now, as the swelling goes down, the size could still decrease a lot, so I am eating well, sleeping well, and praying that the survival rate increases. * Return to daily life I had liposuction from my thighs. I was worried because I sometimes saw reviews saying that the donor site hurt much more than the grafted area, but for me, from day 3 after surgery, it was just uncomfortable and not enough to interfere with daily life. For about 2 days, it felt like severe muscle soreness after doing lower-body exercises for the first time in a while, and then it gradually improved. I had surgery on Friday, rested over the weekend, and there was no major burden going to work on Monday. Now, at one week, I have bruising and swelling in my legs, so it hurts if I press hard, but I have no difficulty sitting or moving around. However, I was told to avoid intense exercise for a month, so I am walking diligently.
