6-month review of non-implant surgery for a droopy nose (Gangnam ㅅㅇㅅ)

This is my 6-month review after non-implant rhinoplasty <Front> It’s not dramatic, but the middle-to-tip area of my nose used to look bulky, like a bulbous nose, and that feeling has been cleaned up a lot The degree of nostril show is also similar In the attached photo, my mouth is covered so it may be hard to see, but if you look closely, you should be able to see my lip line I was worried that my philtrum would look longer after surgery, but it doesn’t feel that way at all!! You can see it in the side-view photo, and I wonder if it’s because they brought out the columella <Side> Honestly, I was worried that if the nasal tip was raised to match the bridge, I’d become the king of bulbous noses but during the consultation, when I heard the director say, ‘Then should we lower it!?~’ I stopped worrying It really wasn’t insanely, excessively high to the point of needing to shave it down, and I don’t have a recessed chin either, so I trusted the director <Opinion> This may sound grand,,,!! but I don’t think nose surgery is something you should do without thinking at all, and I also don’t think you need to think, ‘Noses always require revision surgery / a operated nose is a ticking time bomb’ The people around me who had eye surgery are actually the ones who have all had at least one revision, and the reasons for nose revision surgery are unclear too, whether it’s personal desire or something else It seems people who had problems are more likely to write posts than people who did well (there are even communities where people who had serious side effects in the first place gather)..~ I think it’s better to avoid thinking too one-sidedly (as with everything) If you really, really, really hate your own nose and it has been a lifelong complex,, I don’t think it would be bad to at least get a consultation Because for me, my nose was a trigger button~!! Honestly, getting nose surgery is almost the number one best choice I’ve made in my life.. Of course I don’t know what will happen 20 years from now, but I don’t want to worry about problems that haven’t even happened yet Also,, this is obvious, but points worth considering when looking for a hospital are Whether the doctor’s aesthetic sense matches your own desired look and aesthetics Understanding the characteristics and limits of your own nose (other people’s reviews, celebrity nose references, consultations at trustworthy hospitals, etc.) Whether the hospital uses fear marketing or gaslighting (for example, insisting it’s a hump when it’s not a hooked nose but a droopy nasal tip) Whether they use AI models or excessive Photoshop on their blog or website Whether people mention the hospital’s full name and give shout-outs to the doctor rather than using initials (suspicious of brokers) I think it would be good to refer to many other people’s posts and make a table of hospitals to filter out, hospitals you want to visit, their characteristics, and reasons~! It may be annoying, but it’s your own face, so you should prepare at least that much,, And the reason I did it here is because I got the impression that the director genuinely puts effort into studying faces, surgical analysis, and plastic surgery (This suddenly sounds like an ad, but of course there’s absolutely no way, and I don’t even know if anyone will read this post) The director’s perspective, analysis, and arguments, like how for puppy-like eyes, the important point isn’t that the outer eye corners droop but whether the inner corners are opened up, were very logical and persuasive to me Honestly, whether anyone gets a procedure or plastic surgery here or not has absolutely nothing to do with me and I don’t care, but just read one blog post by the director It’s so fun Like 0 Empathy emoticon Translating Non-implant rhinoplasty Droopy nose Nasal tip Would you like to save this review? +0 This is a surgical review pursuing a natural yet polished look.
