<Before surgery><Week 2><Month 2>It’s been two months since I had surgery with Gluediced I wanted to improve the overall blunt-looking feel and have a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line, and honestly, I had gone in after looking into ㅇㄴㅍ, so when I said I wanted to use a customized implant, they recommended ㅇㄴㅍ and Gluediced to me. They recommended costal cartilage, so I asked if that wasn’t only used for revision surgery, and they said these days it’s also used for first surgeries if you want a definite improvement or more height! Since my nose was overall low and blunt, they explained that costal cartilage would be for a definite improvement, and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage would be if I wanted it to look natural. They said using costal cartilage doesn’t necessarily mean it will look flashy or obvious, and that a natural result is possible with costal cartilage too. Even though I wanted surgery, I had been hesitating a bit because of side effects, but the clinic explained Gluediced well, so I had surgery with Gluediced for the bridge and costal cartilage for the tip. Before the surgery, I met the director one more time, and they also looked at the simulation with me?? Because of this simulation, I went to the clinic twice before surgery. At first, I hesitated because the price range was a bit high even though it was my first surgery, but rather than worrying about side effects happening, I decided because I thought it would be much better to have surgery safely. And since it’s implant-free but lets me choose the line and height I want for the surgery, I think that’s the biggest advantage. But maybe because it was costal cartilage surgery, or maybe because I’m the type who swells easily, after the surgery, the area between my eyebrows and around my nasal bridge swelled a lot, so I looked like a Moai statue. It has gone down a lot now, but I’m curious if I’m the only one who had this.. And people say the nasal tip moves well with ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but maybe because mine is costal cartilage, my nasal tip is still hard, and when I move my philtrum or when it pulls? I feel something like a tight pulling sensation. They said that as time passes, the tissue will loosen and become softer, so I hope it loosens quickly. These days, I’m being very careful even when getting dressed or washing my face. I don’t think I’ve touched it while sleeping yet, but I’m still sleeping kind of tense for no reason.. lol
