Does swelling in the cheekbones last the longest?

I'm 3 months post-op from cheekbone and jaw surgery. My cheekbones still feel like that. When I look at other people, even if it hasn't been long since their surgery, their cheekbones look smoothly tucked in, but mine looked like that from the beginning, and as the swelling in my cheeks goes down, it looks more and more prominentㅠ The 45-degree area is still there too. On top of that, one side is wider. The doctor says he moved it in as much as 8 mm, moved it in a lot, and shaved it, so it will go down more, but at 3 months, isn't the major swelling supposed to be gone by now? When I had my 1-month follow-up, the width and shape were similar to now. Can a shape like that suddenly become a smooth line? ㅠ When I touch it, it's hard like bone, and when I gently scratch it with my fingernail, my eye feels itchy and strange, and it still feels tight when I smile. The doctor says swelling can sometimes suddenly go down all at once... I think the incision method was an oblique osteotomy from the lateral cheekbone toward the under-eye cheek area. If anyone had swelling that went down late or knows about this, please reply. I'm so frustratedㅠㅠ Like 2
