For revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago, I had septal cartilage, nostril lowering, alar reduction, and silicone for the nasal bridge, but why is my nasal tip like this.. It didn’t look this bulky before, but after about 2 years? it feels like my nasal tip has drooped a bit and become blunt. Is it because the alar reduction came undone? I want to get a re-revision just on the nasal tip, but is it possible to make it sharp with septal cartilage too..? I like a slim, refined nose like Ningning’s..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
