For revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago, I had septal cartilage, nostril lowering, alar reduction, and silicone for the nasal bridge, but why is my nasal tip like this.. It did not look this bulky to this extent, but around 2 years? afterward, I think the nasal tip drooped a bit and became blunt. Is it because the alar reduction came undone? I want to have only the nasal tip revised again, but is it possible to make it sharp even with septal cartilage..? I like a slim nose like Ningning’s..
